Bend Lighting Rentals
Bend lighting rentals come in a variety of shapes and styles. We carry string lights including bistro and edison bulb styles. They are a popular choice in lighting rentals for both indoor and outdoor parties. They are also used in most weddings, galas, and festivals. Installing bistro lighting enhances the feel of canopy rentals and is very popular for Central Oregon events. Our pricing includes a crew installing and removing all lighting.
String Light Rentals
String light rentals can be installed in a variety of settings, both inside tent rentals and for outside venues.
If used at outdoor venues where a tent is not ordered, we will need to plan for how the lights will be draped in advance. Will we need to provide a ladder for reaching tall trees/buildings? Where will you want the lights to drape? Is there enough electricity at your venue? These are all common questions we may ask you.
Lastly, you will have your choice in light bulbs including either bistro lights or edison lights seen below.
Edison Lighting: We offer Edison String Globe Lighting for a rustic look. Lights are spaced 24 inches apart and cords can interconnect. Lights are waterproof and weatherproof. Each 48’strand uses 264 watts so calculate approximately 528 watts/100 ft of lights.
Bistro Lighting: are an economical choice for lighting at your wedding or event. Lights have 1.5 inch clear globe lights spaced 12 inches apart. Lights must be used under canopy tents or indoors. Cords are not end-to-end connectable. Lights include standard installation and removal in pricing. Lights are 500 watts per strand.
Chandelier Rentals
We have timeless crystal chandelier rentals with silver accents through a 6 arm branch. These are an elegant touch for canopy rentals & wedding decor.
Chandeliers must be installed and removed by BPR staff. We limit chandelier rental use to inside our tent and canopy rentals only.
