Bend Party Rentals was established in 2010 and has been proudly serving Central Oregonians for over a decade. We are a full-service event rental company and provide rentals for local weddings, galas, concerts, parties, and fundraisers throughout the High Desert.
We carry rentals ranging from tents and canopies to chairs, tables, linen, wedding decor, and more. Our crew is happy to assist with any event services you may need so just ask. We offer delivery and pickup to all of Central Oregon including Bend, Redmond, Tumalo, Prineville, Madras, Sisters, & Lapine.

Mike
Logistics Manager
Mike is the Logistics Manager at Bend Party Rentals. He oversees the fulfillment of all rental orders. Mike has extensive experience installing tents and coordinating large event installations.
Mike is originally from Santa Barbara, California. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
He has two children and enjoys Central Oregon’s outdoor recreation.
Mike enjoys camping at Lava Lake, fishing the Deschutes, biking Phil’s Trails, skiing, fatherhood, a good beer, and family time.
Victoria
Director of Events
Victoria is the Director of Events at Bend Party Rentals, a full-service wedding and event rental company located in Central Oregon. She oversees all event coordination, scheduling, fulfillment, and design. She has over 10 years of experience in the wedding and event industry.
In her off-time, Victoria describes herself as an outdoor enthusiast, devoted mother, yogi, cook, & wife.
Victoria likes to participate in local events such as Pole Pedal Paddle, Cyclocross, and numerous races.
Mason
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mason is the Operations Manager of Bend Party Rentals. Mason oversees scheduling, tent installations, inventory, and day-of-event logistics. Mason is experienced and greatly contributes to our team.
Mason and his wife live in Redmond, Oregon.
In his off time, Mason likes to work out, watch movies, have a good beer, and to hang out with friends.

Max is an Event Foreman at Bend Party Rentals. He helps facilitate the delivery and pickup of rental orders. Max also helps make Central Oregon events a success!
Max enjoys rock climbing and mountain biking in his off time.
