Chair & Table Setup & Take-down Service
Event Setup & Take-down
Chair & Table Setup – Take the stress out of your big day by allowing our crew to setup your chairs & tables and/or anything else you’d like. *Event setup services are charged per item and can be requested in rental quotes.
*Setup is included standard with all of our tent, lighting, heating, staging, and flooring rentals.
Chair & Table Take-Down – Are you wanting to leave your wedding without having to worry about the clean up? Let us take that stress away with event take-down services. Event take-down services are charged per item and can be requested in rental quotes.
ALL EVENT SETUP & TAKE-DOWN MUST BE REQUESTED AND SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE.
Umbrella Installation & Removal
Umbrella & Base Installation & Removal
With a heavy base, moving our beautiful umbrellas around is not an easy task. If you’d like help, just ask. We’re here to make your event run as smoothly as possible. Umbrella setup and takedown service can be easily added to your event.

Tent Installation & Removal
pricing for tent installation is already included in our pricing.
Installing and removing tents is no easy task, which is why we include installation with all of our pricing. Tent pricing shown in our online catalog includes us installing and removing tents.
Tent Decor, Heating, & Lighting – We can also install tent decor items such as leg & ceiling draping, lighting, & specialty decor. We have heating options as well.
Dance Floor & Staging Installation & Removal
We include installation in our pricing.
We include dance floor and staging installation and removal with our standard pricing. This does not include delivering long distances, upstairs, or any additional labor that may be required.
Tent Site Inspections, Diagrams, & Event Coordination
Do you need extra help in coordinating your event?
We offer an array of additional services including tent site inspections, tent diagrams, and event coordination services.
