Jonathan Vedelli

Events Director

Jonathan is the Events Director at Bend Party Rentals, overseeing all event coordination, scheduling, fulfillment, and design. His event experience began in Hawaii where he held manager and director positions with award-winning fine-dining restaurants and hotels. From coordinating intimate wine dinners to facilitating large corporate events indoors and out on the grounds of oceanfront resorts, this dynamic foundation enables Jonathan to help Bend Party Rentals clients bring their event ideas to life.

  Overall, the rentals met our needs, and working with Jonathan at Bend Party Rentals was a smooth and positive experience. We had a great experience with Bend Party Rentals for our wedding. While the rentals weren’t the fanciest out there, the tent and plastic tables were exactly what we needed. The white wooden chairs were beautiful, and I’d imagine their other wooden rentals would be just as lovely, though they weren’t in our price range. The dance floor worked well for our needs, though I can’t fully evaluate it since we had it set up on some pretty rough terrain. Jonathan was fantastic to work with—very responsive and willing to spend time on the phone helping us choose the right kind of tent for our setup, style preferences, and budget. He was also flexible with pricing, as there were a few items we could’ve sourced cheaper elsewhere, and he worked with us on that and helped us understand the reason for the difference (i.e. dance floor with no subflooring), which we appreciated so we didn’t have to coordinate with multiple vendors. The rentals arrived on time, and he was even early, which was a bonus. We opted for the flexible delivery and pick-up option, and although we had to reach out for timing info about a week before the wedding, Jonathan quickly provided the details we needed.

  Jon’s team was very easy to work with from the start. We used Bend Party Rentals for a small intimate wedding in September and felt they had just what we wanted. We loved his catalog selections and he even worked with us to make a few adjustments leading up to the wedding. The delivery and pickup processes were easy and professional.   Bend Party Rentals has an experienced, professional, and extremely sufficient team. I coordinated a wedding out at Skyliner Lodge in July of '24 and the BPRs team were absolute pros in their set-up. They have worked at Skyliner multiple times in the past, so they knew EXACTLY what to suggest for the best and most beautiful lighting options. They set-up in record time due to their experience at the venue, and the lights truly transformed the forest venue into a fairytale.   This is our second year using Bend Party Rentals for our office picnic. The owner Jonathan is amazing to work with every step of the way. His employee Rick was the one to deliver this year, he was amazingly kind and made sure our set up went off without a hitch. 10/10, highly recommend!

  Used bend party rentals for backyard wedding. Easy online selection, quotes, communication, invoicing, emails. Great selection of gear. Prompt drop off and pick up of tents, etc. Jon was very kind and patient with our change orders. Would recommend!

  We used Bend Party Rentals for our wedding this spring and we were thrilled with everything! They were incredibly accommodating to our requests and so helpful. Getting married in the Spring in Bend outside always has a risk of crazy weather, and the team was very helpful in creating a plan A (sun) and plan B (snow/rain) outline for us. They were on top of their communication at every step of the way and I would highly recommend them for any event.

  We cannot say enough about how awesome Jon and his team were. Jon was accommodating, professional, and efficient. We had many requests and if Jon did not have an immediate solution, he went out of his way to try to make our request happen. He always kept our best interest in mind and had great recommendations to help us pull off our wedding vision.
