We also offer additional event services such as setup, teardown, delivery, and pickup to any location in Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Tumalo, Prineville, Madras, Sisters, and Lapine.

Jonathan Vedelli

Events Director

Jonathan is the Events Director at Bend Party Rentals, overseeing all event coordination, scheduling, fulfillment, and design. His event experience began in Hawaii where he held manager and director positions with award-winning fine-dining restaurants and hotels. From coordinating intimate wine dinners to facilitating large corporate events indoors and out on the grounds of oceanfront resorts, this dynamic foundation enables Jonathan to help Bend Party Rentals clients bring their event ideas to life.

Mason Hay

Operations Manager

Mason Hay leads operations at Bend Party Rentals. Mason oversees scheduling, tent installations, inventory, and day-of-event logistics. Mason is experienced and greatly contributes to our team.

Mason and his wife live in Redmond, Oregon. In his off time, Mason likes to work out, watch movies, have a good beer, and to hang out with friends.

Max Anderson

Event Foreman

Max is an Event Foreman at Bend Party Rentals. He helps facilitate the delivery and pickup of rental orders. Max also helps make Central Oregon events a success!

Max enjoys rock climbing and mountain biking in his off time.
